This subclass of employer sponsored visas allows the individual to stay between 2 to 4 years or up to the expiration of their visa that permits them. Subclass 494

An applicant applying for this employer sponsored visa of this subclass must be nominated for a skilled position by an approved sponsor, the compatible skills for the job and meet minimum standards of English language proficiency.
